Many people seeking asylum are living in destitution, unable to afford even the most basic things. Asylum support is only £7 per day. This amount needs to cover all essential living costs like food, clothing, toiletries, cleaning products, and travel. Families also need to pay for nappies and items like baby milk.

Items we are always in need of:

Food:

Pasta, Rice, Cereals, Chickpeas, Chopped tomatoes, Bake beans, cooking oil, Instant noodles, Tea Bags, Instant Coffee, Long Life Milk, Tinned Fish, Sweetcorn, Canned soups, Pulses, Peas, Lentils, Tinned fruits, Jam, Cookies.

Toiletries:

Shampoo, Shower Gel, Toothpaste, Toothbrush, Soap, Nappies (all sizes), Sanitary Products, Antiperspirant Roll-on.

Household Cleaning Items:

Laundry powder, Washing up liquid.
