Emily Wood gave us a great presentation about the Hidden Talents project, and how it has been so beneficial to her.  The first hidden talents project started in March 2016 with a partnership between Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Health Education England (HEE) and the City of Sanctuary (CoS) with the aim of utilising the skills and ambitions of refugees in the NHS at a time when there is a national shortage of skilled health professionals in the UK.
