We are pleased to announce our Annual General Meeting for 2021-2022.

This is a meeting we hold each year. We have had to call it a little late again this year. This is because we cannot call it until we have our accounts complete. Once again we greatly appreciate the work of our Treasurer Claire Way who has completed and submitted the annual accounts to our accountants – the West Yorkshire Community Accounting Service. We are also grateful for WYCAS in reporting fully and speedily.

There are some papers for this meeting which you have available to you. All of them are linked here for you to click and download. The Agenda paper gives you a little background to some of the other papers listed here.

The meeting will be held both face to face and online on Friday 28th October at 7.00pm.

The face to face meeting will be held at the Wakefield Baptist Church Belle Isle Ave, Wakefield WF1 5JY
